When will my order ship?
All orders will be shipped within 5-10 business days, unless otherwise stated. All orders ship from Richmond, Virginia.
Will I get a tracking number?
Of course! Each order will come with a tracking number, sent out via email once your order has shipped.
I placed an order and never received a confirmation email.
If you do not receive an email from us within a few hours of placing your order please check your Spam folder, alternatively the email address on file might be spelled incorrectly. If you still need assistance, please email us firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I cancel my order?
You can request to cancel an order within 5 hours of purchase. Send us an email to email@example.com and we will process the request as soon as possible.
Unfortunately, because of the small nature of our business, we currently DO NOT offer returns/ exchanges. Please read our size guide before purchasing or contact us with any questions. In the unlikely event that there is something wrong with your order, please email us to firstname.lastname@example.org, if there is anything wrong with your order.
Can I place a custom order?

Do you offer international shipping?
No, not at the moment we are only shipping within the USA.
How do I know what size to order?
Please keep in mind that all of our tees are unisex. Unisex typically means that the sizes run half a size larger, they are not fitted. Feel free to ask for a sizing chart.
How to wash new apparel?
Wash apparel in gentle cycle. Machine wash cold with like colors, Cool iron if needed. Do not iron decoration.
Is the drinkware dishwasher safe?
All of our items are handmade therefore they are not dishwasher safe and cannot be put in the microwave. Please note that all designs are made with permanent vinyl and hand placed accordingly.
My package was stolen what can I do?
Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. If your package was successfully delivered and then stolen from your porch/mailbox, you can file a mail theft complaint with the U.S. Postal Inspection Service. USPS will start your claims process.
What shipping carrier do you use?
We ship all orders via USPS.
I entered the incorrect mailing address?
We not responsible for incorrect mailing address entered. You will have to wait for the package to be returned to Very Nice Cositas and repay shipping fee.
I purchased multiple items in my order. Will they be shipped together?
If you purchased multiple items in your order, it is possible that your items are shipped in separate packages.
My package arrived damaged. What should I do?
We try to pack all of our items to the best of our ability but unfortunately USPS is not always careful enough. Please email us immediately after your package has arrived.
